Keep The Results Coming

Most AI wins decay. Tools change their terms, a workflow breaks quietly, the person who knew how it worked leaves. We stay involved so the results hold: monthly check-ins on what is actually working, new risks and opportunities surfaced before they cost you, and your AI systems maintained as the tools underneath them change. Flat monthly fee, no long-term contract, cancel anytime.

Talk About Ongoing Advisory

What Ongoing Advisory Covers

01
Monthly Check-Ins

We sit down with you every month, look at what is actually being used and what it is saving, and fix what has stalled.

02
New Opportunities, Surfaced

AI capability moves monthly. We tell you which changes are worth your attention and which are noise, before your competitors work it out.

03
New Risks, Caught Early

A tool changes its data terms, a new law lands, someone signs up for something. We catch it while it is still cheap to fix.

04
Your Systems Kept Working

The workflows and integrations we set up keep running as the tools underneath them change, so nothing quietly stops paying off.

05
Team Kept Current

Ongoing training as tools change and people join, so the results survive turnover instead of leaving with whoever learned it first.

06
Quarterly Progress Review

Every quarter we measure what has landed against the roadmap, retire what is not earning, and reset priorities for the next three months.

A Flat Monthly Fee

The fee is scoped to the size of your team and the roadmap your assessment produced, and we quote it before you commit. No long-term contract, cancel anytime. Complete the AI Readiness Assessment first and the assessment fee is credited toward your first months of advisory.

Questions, Answered

How is ongoing advisory priced?

A flat monthly fee, scoped to the size of your team and the roadmap your assessment produced, and quoted before you commit. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime.

Do we need to do the assessment first?

Most clients start with the AI Readiness Assessment because it produces the roadmap the advisory work executes. If you continue onto ongoing advisory within 30 days, the assessment fee is credited.

What if we only have a few employees?

Small teams are the point. We work with teams from 5 to 200 employees, and the engagement is sized to yours, so a 5-person office pays for a 5-person office.

Who owns the tools and accounts?

You do. We set up and manage tools under your accounts, so if you ever leave, everything stays with you.

How is this different from hiring an AI engineer?

A senior in-house AI hire runs well past $150,000 a year fully loaded, and one person cannot cover strategy, training, and engineering at once. You get the same expertise spread across a team, for a fraction of the cost, and you can scale it up or down as the work changes.

Can you handle custom builds too?

Yes. When off-the-shelf tools cannot do the job, our Custom AI Solutions work is scoped and quoted separately, and advisory clients get first call on that capacity.
