Custom AI & ML Solutions For Public Agencies

When off-the-shelf tools fall short, we build AI around your agency’s records, permits, and resident questions. Each project is scoped on its own, runs on infrastructure you approve, and your agency owns the result.

Agency data is scattered. AI can pull it together.

01

Records And Document Search

Search past staff reports, resolutions, ordinances, and minutes in plain language, with every answer linked back to the source document.

02

Integrations

Connect AI to the permitting, agenda, records, and 311 systems you already run, so staff work in familiar screens.

Custom work is priced per project. Tell us what you want automated and which systems it touches, and we’ll send a scope and a quote.

Custom AI In Practice

Questions, Answered

Who owns the system you build?

Your agency does. Code, prompts, configuration, and documentation are handed over at the end, so you can maintain it in house or bring in another vendor later.

Can a resident-facing assistant give wrong answers?

Any AI can. We limit it to your approved content, show sources with each answer, send anything uncertain to staff, and test it before launch. It never makes decisions on permits, benefits, or enforcement.

Will a custom tool meet accessibility rules?

We build resident-facing tools to WCAG 2.1 AA, the standard in the DOJ’s Title II web rule, and test with keyboards and screen readers before launch.

Do we have to use OpenAI models?

No. We are vendor neutral and resell nothing. We pick the model that fits the job, your data rules, and your budget, including open models you can run on your own servers.
