Employee AI Training For Nonprofits

AI Training In Practice

Questions, Answered

Can volunteers attend the training?

Yes, and volunteers who handle client or donor information should. They usually get a shorter session focused on the approved tools and the data rules for their role.

Our staff range from AI skeptics to heavy users. How do you handle that?

The survey shows where each person starts. Sessions group people by role and comfort level, so skeptics see practical value and heavy users learn the limits and the review steps.

Do we need an AI policy before training starts?

It helps. Training teaches people to follow the rules, so the rules should exist first. If you don’t have a policy yet, we can run the assessment first or set short interim rules for the sessions.

Our staff work at several program sites. Can training come to them?

Yes. Training is delivered in person in Southern California and can run at more than one site. Follow-up support works by email or video for anyone who missed a session.
