AI Strategy & Assessment For Real Estate Firms

In about two weeks on site, we map how your agents, coordinators, and property managers already use AI, where client and tenant data goes, and which marketing steps need a check. You get a written AI policy, an approved tool list, and a roadmap ranked by payoff.

Your agents already use AI. The question is where.

01

Workflow Observation

We sit with agents, transaction coordinators, and property managers to see listing prep, lead follow-up, escrow files, and maintenance requests as they really run.

02

Tool and Vendor Review

We list every AI feature in your CRM, transaction platform, photo tools, and chat apps, and read each vendor’s data terms.

03

Marketing Compliance Check

We trace how listings, ads, and emails get made, and mark where fair housing review, license disclosures, and altered photo notices belong.

04

Policy and Roadmap

A written AI usage policy, an approved tool list, and a ranked roadmap the broker can adopt and every agent can follow.

Assessments In Practice

Questions, Answered

Who from our office needs to be involved?

The broker or owner, an office manager, and a few agents, coordinators, or property managers who do the daily work. We spend short blocks with each person, scheduled around showings and closings.

Will you look at our agents’ personal AI accounts?

We ask which tools people use and what they put in them. We never ask for passwords or account access. The goal is a clear picture, not discipline, and most agents share openly once they see the policy approves good tools.

Does the assessment cover our website and online listings?

Yes. We check how your site shows up on Google and in AI answers, and whether license details appear where DRE rules expect them. Fixes go on the roadmap.

Our agents are independent contractors. Can the policy still apply?

Yes. The policy covers what agents do under your brokerage name and with brokerage data, which is the part the broker supervises. It leaves the rest of their business to them.
