AI Training In Practice

Questions, Answered

Do designers and video editors need different training than writers?

Yes. Visual teams cover image and video tools, commercial use terms, likeness and trademark risks, and how to keep AI assets traceable for review. Writers focus on voice, drafting, and fact-checking.

Can you train us on the tools we already pay for?

Yes. If a tool passed the assessment, we train on it. If it did not, we explain why and train on an approved alternative. We are vendor-neutral and resell nothing.

How do you keep sessions from feeling generic?

Before training, we survey the team and interview discipline leads. Sessions use your real briefs and reports, with client details removed where needed, so people leave with prompts and checklists they use the next morning.

Can account managers learn to explain our AI use to clients?

Yes. A short session covers how to describe your process, your review steps, and your data rules in plain language, using the client statement from your AI policy.
