AI Strategy & Assessment For Marketing Agencies

Your agency already uses AI. Strategists, writers, designers, and media buyers each picked their own tools. In about two weeks on site, we map what is in use, check it against your client contracts, and hand you a written policy, an approved tool list, and a roadmap.

Your clients want to know how you use AI

01

Workflow Observation

We sit with strategy, creative, media, and account teams to see where AI already helps and where briefs, drafts, and reports stall.

02

Contract and Client Data Review

We read your MSA template and key client terms for AI clauses, and trace where client files, assets, and platform logins go.

03

Tool and Vendor Vetting

Each writing, image, video, and research tool is checked for training on inputs, data retention, and commercial use terms for outputs.

04

Policy and Roadmap

A written AI usage policy, an approved tool list by role, a plain statement for clients on how you use AI, and a prioritized roadmap.

Assessments In Practice

Questions, Answered

What do you need from us during the assessment?

Your MSA template, a list of the tools people use, and time with leads from strategy, creative, media, and accounts. We watch real work, like a brief going to first draft, so normal days are better than a slow week.

Will you review every client contract?

We review your standard MSA and the contracts for your largest or most restrictive clients, which usually covers the AI terms you will see. We flag clauses for your attorney rather than giving legal advice.

Does the policy cover freelancers and contractors?

Yes. Freelancers often bring their own AI tools. The policy sets what they may use on client work, and we add a short checklist for onboarding them.

Should every client get the same AI rules?

No. The policy sets an agency default, then a short list for accounts with stricter terms, such as no AI imagery or approval before AI drafts. Account leads see each client’s rules in one place.
