AI Training In Practice

Questions, Answered

Can you train recruiters on the AI features in our ATS?

Yes, once your firm has approved them. We build sessions around the tools you already pay for and show where their output needs a recruiter’s review before it reaches a candidate or client.

How do you train without exposing real candidate data?

We use practice resumes with personal details removed and live job orders with client names stripped out. Staff learn the same redaction habits they will use on the desk.

Do new recruiters need different training than veterans?

Often, yes. New hires need the rules and the basic workflows. Experienced recruiters usually want faster sourcing, sharper submittals, and better client updates. We split sessions when the gap is wide.

What should recruiters never let AI decide?

Who gets rejected, who gets submitted, and what a candidate is offered. AI can rank, draft, and summarize. A recruiter reviews the output and makes the call, and every session practices that review step.
