AI Strategy & Assessment For Construction Companies

We spend time in your office and on a job or two, see how bids, RFIs, and daily logs really move, and leave you with an approved tool list, a written AI policy, and a short list of where AI pays off first.

Your estimators are already using AI. Do you know where your numbers went?

Questions, Answered

Do you need to visit our job sites?

Usually one or two. Most AI work happens in the office, but daily logs, photos, and field reports start on site. Seeing how a superintendent captures them shapes what we recommend.

Who on our team should be involved?

An owner or principal, your lead estimator, a PM, and whoever runs the office or accounting. Each sees a different part of the paperwork. We keep interviews short so nobody leaves a job for long.

Will you tell us which construction software to buy?

We tell you what fits. SafeLab is vendor-neutral and resells nothing. Often the best first step is turning on AI features you already pay for in your estimating or PM software.

Does the AI policy cover subcontractors and consultants?

It can. The policy sets what your staff share, and we add a short section on what you expect from subs and design consultants handling your project documents.
